The Fuel Can is used to refill Swamp Boats, and Inflatable Boats. These items spawn in many areas around the map, most commonly in Military areas, Docks, Boat Houses, and Campsites
Fuel Cans often don't spawn completely full, often they only have 2-3 charges left, but if you are lucky, you might find one with 5. Each charge provides 3 minutes of boat runtime
When all charges are consumed, this item disappears from your inventory. Fuel Cans cannot be refilled at gas stations, at least not yet :)
