Scrap Metal is a valuable material, found near roads, powerlines, and industrial and military areas. Can be sold to the trader for 1 rep each, one of the best ways to level trader reputation. Can also be processed in a Metal Planer to convert it into Sheet Metal
One of the best ways to find Scrap Metal in bulk, is by looting these Scrap Piles, found in all the same places you would find lots of Scrap

- 1x Scrap required to craft an Improvised Knife
- 4x Scrap required to craft an Improvised Axe
- 5x Scrap required to craft Window Bars
- 10x Scrap required to craft Bars
- 10x Scrap required to craft a Generator
- 10x Scrap required to craft a Wood Planer
- 10x Scrap required to craft a Metal Planer
- 10x Scrap required to craft a Mechanics Workbench
