The Tactical Vest is the largest of the unarmored tactical chest rigs. It provides 12 extra inventory slots, which is like having an extra Typhoon Bag on your chest. These are great for base building where having many slots for items can be very useful.
This vest is sometimes called the “Condor Vest," as its based off a real life Condor Rig.
