The Tactical Vest is the most expensive and largest of the unarmored tactical chest rigs. It provides 10 extra inventory slots, which is like having an extra Assault Bag on your chest. These are great for base building where having many slots for Wood Logs can be very useful. It doesn't provide any armor, so you are probably better off investing money into armor if you are looking to PvP.
This vest is sometimes called the “Condor Vest," as its based off a real life Condor Rig.
