A high tier medical item that can nearly completely heal you in around 4 seconds. Extremely useful in tense situations, however they will take a big chunk out of your food and water stats. If you eat before a fight, you can use up to three of these before needing to eat again, making them slightly better than Painkillers in some situations, although which is better is up for debate, and your playstyle.
