Some powered Metal Planers can be found in POIs, typically high tier areas with industrial zones. These can be very useful to convert weapons that spawn in the area to Scrap

- Processes all firearms and melee weapons into 1x Scrap
- Processes all armored helmets and vests into 1x Scrap
- Processes both Shovels into 1x Scrap
