The Skar is an effective mid tier Assault Rifle. Its cyclic rate is relatively low, at only 580 RPM. So, its damage output and overall stats are surprisingly similar to the AK-mod. This weapon does have a advantages over the AK-mod though, like better ballistics, improved handling, accuracy, and recoil.
