The OET is a common red dot sight, that can be purchased from Roaming Traders, or found throughout the world. The optic housing is big and bulky, creating large blind spots that enemies could potentially be hiding in. Otherwise, is has the same reticle as the rest of the red dots, and does its job well enough.
