¶ Weapon Overview
The MG36 is a very powerful high tier machinegun, most commonly found on the Convoy Boss. This weapon offers an extreme amount of damage output, with a 100 round magazine, and cyclic rate. Its durability is very good, and its handling is generally average. Its biggest drawback is its erratic recoil, although this can be addressed with a muzzle brake. Because of its huge magazine and damage, this weapon is very deadly in close quarters, as you can simply just magdump any room or angle you peak. Overall, the MG36 is without a doubt one of the more powerful automatic weapons in the game if its strengths are leveraged correctly.
The MG36 uses the correct name of its real life counterpart, which is a light machinegun variant of the G36. The model in game however has been modernized with an Hkey mod handguard, and a lower profile carry handle/optics mount.
