Rare treasure item used to unlock mini-bunkers
These keys are only consistently found in Convoy Cases, with a chance to get 1-5 each time you open a case. Military AI have a 2% chance to spawn one in their pockets, and buried caches have a 5% chance to spawn one.
Has some static world spawns in high tier areas, like the airfield.
Can be found in other random loot pools if you get very lucky (~1% chance or less)
