An extremely deadly grenade that can be purchased for relatively cheap at Safe Zones. While being difficult to throw, R-5 Grenades have a decent area of effect, killing anything close enough. Excellent for dealing with people sitting behind doors, or for quickly removing Convoys.
Can be combined with a Wire to make an R-5 Tripwire.
